You can decide the price of your item. You can list a candy wrapper for $5 or .01 for all I care.

Hello and welcome. We are fellow buyers and sellers like yourself. So we do not know what your New Seller limits might be. We could only guess. Only you and eBay know what your restrictions might be on a) how many items you can list or b) what the dollar amount is per month. Check you Seller Hub to see what your limits are.  Good luck.
