Can I increase my selling limit? what can I should do for this?

You need a Sri Lankan business license and a Payoneer (NOT paypal) account.

Then you can ask Customer Support every 30 days.

Do you have a Selling limit now or have you even registered yet as a Seller?  You would need to be compliant as a Seller and able to sell legally on the site.

Expect to only be able to list a small amount initially.  What do you intend to sell?

I'd concentrate on making sales before worrying about increasing limits.  That will happen with time and successful sales.  Do you have a product?  Did you take good pictures?  Are you prepared to ship with boxes and tape?  Did you register as a business with the government in Sri Lanka?

You have to sell some items with no problems before they'll raise your limits.

     EBay puts limits, both number and dollar amount, on new sellers for a number of reasons your protection being the first. Given Sri Lankan posters propensity for not reading the help files available to them on eBay this is probably well founded in your case. You can petition eBay to increase your seller limits but only after you have started to establish a solid selling resume, which at the present time you do not have.
