I got flagged for selling a year ago, but I see about 75 listings for it now.

No you can't sell Zantac it was recalled in 2020, all Zantac was recalled this including all prescription and OTC. 
It was taken off the market because it contained cancer causing properties.

Any Zantac you have is more than likely expired and should be disposed of properly.
