I keep on wanting to pick a store plan but they keep on showing this message, "You do not have a valid payment method on file"... I have 2 credit cards on file so I don't know what the issue is? HELP!

You need to sign up to managed payments. Paypal is no longer the money processor for sellers, it is now Adyen and you need to provide check account details, SSN and proof of identity documents.

If you haven't to signed up for managed payments and given eBay your SS# for the IRS and a checking account number for deposits that will stop you dead in the water.

Thank you, everyone. I ended up listing my first item and before listing, it prompted me to "Verify my Identity". Finally! Now I am able to receive payments and create a store. Thanks again!

You don't need a store to sell. Unless you are planing on listing more then 250 items per month, suggest you start out slow. New sellers may have limits on how much they can list, both $ and number of items per month. Opening a store will not increase those amounts.

Was that "Verify my Identity" a request to show that you had received the micro deposits in your checking account? If so great!

As a new seller, be sure to read the Money Back and understand returns and refunds.
