Hello there, Suddenly all of my store listings are shifted from active to unsold. When I am trying to relist them, I keep getting this error
"You cannot list items on eBay.com and eBay.ca or select the United States or Canada as your shipping location. The restriction will be removed when you enhance the buyer experience."
Please help me to resolve this issue.

Sounds like you go in trouble due to a policy that was updated last summer. Read it carefully.

I would suggest that you contact Ebay for Business on Facebook, Instagram or Twitter for the better trained CSRs.
Here are your options for contacting Ebay Customer Service. Please be aware that for social media CS, you send them a Private Message and briefly explain what your problem or issue is. Feel free to leave your Name, address, phone number and/or your email address in this message. It is private and secure and it may help to speed up the response for you.

https://www.facebook.com/eBay/
https://www.instagram.com/ebayforsellers/
Your options will be on the left. If you use the link below you can only get to the Automated Assistant or Chat box type AGENT in the box and hit enter. You will then get more options. Not all options are available 24/7. It will depend on staffing available. So sometimes you can request a call back and sometimes you can't. Sometimes you have the Chat option available and other times it won't me. If it is important to you to use one of those options, just try back later.
If you use a cell phone or other mobile device, you may need to turn off your Spam filter so that Ebay can call you.
If you are a seller outside of the US or Canada, you will need to use the Chat Option.

You are in India.
You can list on dotCOM if you give the location of your product as India (if that is where they are warehoused and from where they will be shipped).
However eBay has been cracking down on overseas sellers who dropship from (usually Chinese) overseas suppliers.
You can list on dotIN and be seen on any site that you give a shipping price for.
Under Destination -> choose specific country names.
You are specifically blocking Canada*.
Unless this has something to do with the current complaint by the Canadian government about the murder of Canadian citizens on Canadian soil by the agents of the Indian government, there is no reason why Canada should be specifically blocked.

*And Russia and Ukraine, but with the ongoing war, eBay has those blocked.

AS I understand it, ONLY if their BBE has dropped. I posted a link in the first post.

What is a BBE?

BBE = bad buyer experience. It’s for sellers outside of the US and Canada.

There have been a lot of not-so-great copies of books coming from sellers out of India. I've noticed they list a lot of fairly popular books in the YA/NA categories. I don't see complaints on this account, but on other booksellers from India - bad copies, upside down copies, missing pages, titles/sellers info on cover being misaligned/tweaked is cited in feedback.
Maybe they are being drop-shipped from Amazon, who has some complaints of its book-printing. Maybe they are printing in India or China. If that is the case, I'm not sure if they have authors from the U.S.'s permission to be copying these bestsellers or not. Maybe an author or two complained?
Just putting this out here because I have been shocked at the number of booksellers from India, had not seen that in previous years.

It's no error.
