I had a listing for an empty Pokémon wrapper, which people buy for art. I had someone bid and then ask to be canceled because they didn’t read the ad that is was empty. *empty* was in the title and description. Anyway, I would have been fine trying to cancel their bid. But I got flagged as a counterfeit before I could take care of it the next morning. Seems like there is no way fore me to contact eBay about this.

And I would just let it go...unless you feel lonely and just want to talk to someone on the phone.
Consider it a warning and just move on. There must have been something in the description or somewhere in the item up for auction which made this occur...Using the word "empty" doesn't really mean much.
A bottle is empty...a wrapper is empty. Something like "no cards included" might have helped. But one can look at it as a copy of a wrapper from a copying machine. Just thoughts.

The word "vintage" might have flagged you.
