I am a old seller. A buyer was lying from the beginning about an item. I had contact with them . They then claimed me "that he ordered something else" and "i shipped something else" . They had messaged something else and given negative feedback about something else. Anyway, I shipped the item and when the buyer received the item they are now claiming its not as described. i asked for picture. They didn't took pictures . I have picture proof f the same item which i shipped . I also asked buyer to remove their negative feedback but they didn't. Is there anything I can do?

Probably not. Accept the return and refund. It's your only choice. The buyer expressed they felt the smell was somewhat toxic and they didn't want to put it on the horse and it was not the correct size. You can't say you know they're lying, because you can't prove it. All 3 of your negative feedbacks claim the same problems. Given your feedback it appears you were the one who wasn't being honest. The feedback is not wrong. They can't all be wrong or lying. Honesty as a seller is a must. Sorry...accept the return.

You have 90% feedback.
2 neutrals and 3 negatives in the last 12 months.
I would be bending over backwards to satisfy this customer.
Buyers are not required to take pictures for the seller or to prove anything.
Did the buyer initiate a return?

I love when a seller wants me to start writing essays and provide pictures.
I simply ignore them, ask eBay to step in, and enjoy eBay handling the seller on my behalf.
