Well look what I found on my dashboard still (snipped 5/22 about 5 minutes ago)
It says I qualify for a 20% discount. It conflicts with other information. How should this be handled?
Everyone else showing it too?

Yes mine does.

Thanks for asking. They won't schedule the surgery to remove his adrenal gland (cancerous) until he has surgery on his neck because he is at risk for becoming paralized due to 3 bulging discs and it is too dangerous. They can't schedule the neck surgery until his regular doctor signs off on it due to his out of control blood sugars. I swear I don't bring sugar in my house but he always seems to have ridiculous blood sugars.

Yes appreciate the insight as always. He's an eater too, big guy. We will get through it, praise Him in the storm. That's how we live our life. Best of luck in your new adventures next week!

Sending good thoughts you way @gymbo_limbo

Yes, mine still says 20% discount.
Talk about rubbing salt into the wound...

@gymbo_limbo My best wishes go out to you and your family.
@lintbrush* I think this discrepancy was brought up in chat a few weeks ago.
The policy page is updated at least:
http://pages.ebay.com/help/sell/top-rated.html
But the Dashboard was missed.
Maybe the update will happen when they fix the spelling of "annoucements" on the eBay messages page? I remember it was reported in chat last summer (check July 13th chat), and was probably reported before that, too.
Not to mention that when they revamped the boards at the end of October and integrated Announcements into Community they never updated the announcements feed on my eBay --> selling page. Last update shows October.
Community team, maybe you can take a look at these issues?

There are genuinely some sellers who do not read the updates. Yes, they are wrong to not do that, but I think an argument can be made that eBay should honor the 20%. They should be held responsible/accountable for the information posted on their site (just like the seller is responsible for the content of their listing)
And yeah, my Announcements section looks just like yours.

Agree with this 100%. Can we claim SNAD on our May invoices if it only shows 10% discount?

Also agree 100%. eBay should honor the 20%.
It's false advertising otherwise.
Very upset about going from 20% to 10% and probably 0%
(as the new 95% goal is almost impossible).
I worked like crazy to get to 20% discount and then they take it away?
So unfair.

Mine still says 20%.
