I was going to say, I imagine it's for the same reason that prices of everything else keep going up too. I regularly shop at a store that gives you a $10 coupon every time you spend a certain amount of money there, and the amount of that coupon hasn't changed even though the prices on a lot of the things in the store have gone up over the years.
