first ebay insisted on forcing the sellers to put in long tracking number for every signed for parcel (even though it doesn't register at other end till buyer has signed for it) and now they have stopped including the buyers postcode on the "enter tracking" page so you have to go back , click view order details then back to add tracking again! What on earth is the point of this?

and you used to be able to share listings on facebook and the title would appear - now all that appears is a picture with a text that looks like a phishing scam in the corner (something like ebay.img) so i never share now cos people will think its a scam

and every time you use packlink to send Hermes it makes you sign in again then click paypal address whereas Shutl used to go straight to label

You are located in the UK, which has its own discussion boards on ebay.co.uk . That is where you should be asking your questions.

Which link on which page are you clicking on that is taking you from the UK to the US? Other UK users that have wound up on the US boards have said the same thing, but the links I have checked all point to UK boards.

Almost as if they do not want the seller to be Top Rated and then pay them more money on each sale? Because one of the requirements is to upload tracking and deliver w/in said time. Food for thought.
