Why does ebay keep locking my account??

I'm all for security, but this is ridiculous. It happens randomly and I have to reset my password constantly.

Are you using a VPN? Are you using an "incognito" mode on your browser? Are you logging in from different devices or from different locations? Is this happening on your phone or a tablet or a pc? Which OS are you using? Which browser? Which platform--mobile app or desktop?
