As a seller, I would like to be able to send offers whenever I want to people watching my items. Why does eBay control this function?
For example, if I have an item with 10 watchers, I would like to send an offer to ALL 10 watchers, at any time I want. Wouldn't this increase 'competition' for my item, thus make more sales for me AND more 'fee income' for eBay?
Why do I need to wait for email to enable this, then I can only send an offer to may 1 or 2 buyers who maybe just added my item to their watch list??
Now, if there is a way I can 'force' an offer to be sent to all watchers of an item, please let me know how to do this. I would love to know how.

I remember a long time ago I was looking to buy my first car. Kept stopping at a dealership to look at a nice car. The opposite happened to me. Every time I went in the price would go up several thousand each week.
Just for those with curiosity, it was a 1980 Toyota Supra. Wound up buying a Dodge instead.

they can check past sales of any item at any giving time. I do it every time I list a new item . There is ZERO need to watch a active item for months on end to see if ,and what it sold for .

If somebody wanted your item, they wouldn't be watching it for 3 months, especially if your BIN listing contains a "Make an Offer" for the buyer to take advantage of. You'll find most of your BIN sales come from buyers who use search, or just stumble on your item. If they want it, it's usually gone the same day.

I agree 100% with your post. It drives me crazy I can't send offers on all my items if I want.
