Hey there apparently eBay has a new international shipping program that they opted me into where you buy the item and I send it to someplace in the us and they take care of the shipping. Its new give it a shot I’m curious to see how it works.

I tried to "buy it now" and it wouldn't let me do anything

Because you have exclusions set up on your listings. Copied and pasted from your listings:

Excludes:

APO/FPO, Africa, Asia, Barbados, Bermuda, Canada, Central America and Caribbean, Europe, French Guiana, French Polynesia, Greenland, Guadeloupe, Libya, Martinique, Mexico, Middle East, New Caledonia, Oceania, Reunion, Russian Federation, Saint Pierre and Miquelon, South America, Southeast Asia, Ukraine, Venezuela

Edit your listing, and remove the countries you want to ship to. You can do it in bulk too if you want.

Nope. They just opted you into the program. You still control what countries you ship to. I got opted in back in January. Took me a month of poking around to figure out why I wasn't getting international buyers, when I had a lot from the Global Shipping Program. The exclusions were the issue.
