OK..So I've done the research, tried all of the suggestions and nothing works. I've zeroed out my balance and have CC checked as prefered payment method, yet its still using my Bank Account. I've even read that some people have gone as far as making a new Paypal Account with no bank account attached. That's ridiculous in my opinion.
It's possible to print the labels through PayPal using a CC, but I don't think you get the discount. Right now, thankfully, that doesn't matter because I sell mostly books and there's no discount anyways for Media Mail, but still, why can't you use your CC for labels on Ebay? I sure I'm not the only one who wants to solve this. Thanks.

Still trying to figure this one out with no luck. I continue to print my labels from PayPal but it's easy to get things mixed up if your fulfilling alot of orders.

The postage rates are the same. They are the standard USPS online rates.
Top-Rated Sellers pay a 3% lower rate for Priority Mail postage when they purchase labels through eBay, but if you're not a TRS then the PayPal and ebay rates are identical.

Frankly I don't know why you can't use a cc.......I would call paypal and ask...... I do know at one time, you had to have the 0 balance, etc.........

I wish I could use my card. I get 1% cash back and I have spent over $32000.00 at my PO so far this year!

Because it's free for PP to grab money from your bank account, but they get charged for using a CC.
It's why I pay my ebay invoice by CC - why should they get my money for free?

I do the same thing. Never pay Ebay with Paypal funds.

1. Sign onto Paypal
2. Go to activity and expand one of your eBay shipping payments
3. Click on the link that says "manage eBay shipping payments"
4. Look towards the bottom of the page that opens up to the section that says "back up funding source" and click "change"
5. You can then select the credit card you want to use when you don't have a PayPal balance.
I have been paying my eBay shipping label postage for years via credit card. eBay/PayPal try to make it hard for you to figure out how to make the CC the default because it costs them more. Good luck!
