haven't changed any settings but not getting notified by email something has sold. what did I do?? always got emails before. thanks

I have seen others ask the same so seam's like a glitch
I would check at least daily on you're seller hub (more if possible) and if you can install the Android/iPhone App as they send alerts

I have never relied on messages, alway check seller hub twice a day

yes I am getting notifications on my android but would like the emails as well to my PC. thanks

Understood, just seems to be a glitch and a hit and miss right now if you get an email for sold item.
I had a sale where I got the phone App notifications and could see the sale in my Hub and I got the email hours later after I have packed and shipped

As Coastal shared, it appears to be a current Glitch. We are getting them on the mobile app, but not in e-Bay emails. We do get them in our personal email acct tied to our selling account.
Check your communication preferences and be sure you have all those checked you want. Appears to be glitch #9204.
