Buyer give me incomplete address , that why product hold on cargo office for a week ,
i contact Ebay team for what to do email .
ebay said keep contact buyer ,
i contact to buyer on ebay chat , whatsapp , email , call him and voice msg

product back to me ,
Feb 16, 2025 buyer wake up and send me full address. i 18 fed send again .
BUT buyer open case , i give him tracking number . how i send with address
but not Ebay happly refund to him , i lost product , payment , and 2nd time shipping
Q : who scam with me , buyer or ebay team

You are in Pakistan, and you have 2 negative feedbacks in the last 12 months.

That is NOT good. Foreign sellers are held to a very strict "bad buyer experience" standard.

I am just guessing, but eBay probably looked at your history, decided that you are not reliable, and rather than get involved in a complicated mediation process, just refunded the buyer.

Which is almost always what happens in any event.

My advice: next time a buyer gives you an incomplete address and the item is returned to you, cancel the sale and don't ship the item again at your expense.

All communications involving an eBay transaction should be through eBay messages so that you have a record. Some buyers could consider those other forms of communication as harrassment.

Also, in the U.S., sellers are supposed to only send to the buyer's address on file with eBay. If the buyer's address is wrong in eBay, that is his fault, not yours. If you receive the package back because the address is wrong, do like @fbusoni said and cancel the sale and refund the buyer's money. If he still wants the item, he can correct his address with eBay and purchase the item again.

In order to be protected from a Item Not Received case, you must have tracking acceptable to eBay delivery to address provided on the eBay transaction that also shows it was shipped within the proper timeframe.

Shipping a second product to a different address a month later does not meet the requirements for seller protection from an Item Not Received claim.

There is no way that Porsche would license you to make jackets as bad as the one that your buyer is complaining about in that Neg that you received. The embroidered Porsche crest is a disaster, including 'STUTTGART' embroidered with the first T upside-down and the crossbar of the last T in the wrong place - so that it actually reads 'SLUTTGARt' in your photos. (and why do some of your photos show the lettering in yellow and others show the lettering in red?) (and why do the photos with the red lettering also have the letters scrawled in chalk on the material?)

It would be safer for you to avoid VERO claims if you stopped putting logos on this clothing unless you can prove that you have paid for the licensing to do so. Good luck.

You need to pay attention to what @itsjustasprain said. If you don't have licensing permits in place for any kind of automobile, sports, movie, rock bands, or anything else, you cannot put those logos on your clothing. It would be in your best interest to end those listings now and stop selling them before you find yourself in trouble.
