I sold an item for local pickup, the buyer gave me the 6-digit numeric code.
Where would I enter it on Ebay's website? All I see is an option to mark it as having been picked up. But that option doesn't ask for the pickup code.

Have only done this one time on a pickup sale - it is my understanding that "code" given to the buyer by e-bay is what you enter into the tracking for this order. Once you entered that code, the transaction should convert to "delivered". You will need to enter it manually. (at least it did b4 all these recent changes)

I saw this mentioned here not to long ago and eBay rep said they are still working on rolling this out so it is not complete yet
Search this forum it is here some where

I searched on here and can only find a thread from May 2020 stating it was not yet fully rolled out. The QR code is meant to be scanned by the e-Bay mobile app; I am pretty sure we entered the 6 digit code in the tracking and marked it picked up. Maybe the 6-digit code is only applicable to the mobile app? Sorry - it was around Thanksgiving we had a pickup item - only time ever did one so do not remember. Maybe try downloading the mobile app and see if you can confirm the code that way? Good luck - maybe someone will be along that has done one recently.

So unfortunately as of right now you have to download the eBay app in order to enter the 6 digit code. Their is no place for you to enter that 6 digit code if you use a desktop PC.
I use a desktop PC exclusively to sell. I also own 4 different mobile devices but I refuse to download and use the eBay app , as it's a POS of a platform. It has 1/8th of the functionality of the desktop site, and provides its users with less overall choices. I am one of those users who constantly seeks more information not less.
