Where’s eBay with authentication

Does eBay even read this? I am most likely going to put any of my jewelry over 475.00 on other selling sites that are good for me. My friend has a jewelry shop and it GIA certified. I take every piece of jewelry to him so I know I am listing the piece properly. Purchased a ring on eBay that the go from the authenticity person. Decided to sell it later and it didn’t pass. I have 100% positive feedback and when this happened I was so embarrassed and angry. Let the buyer go check and make sure the piece is what they thought they were buying. Jewelers are ok with checking out jewelry. I don’t spend the money from a sale until I know the customer is keeping it. Now it’s weeks before I can be sure. Hey eBay, stop this and let the little guy live.
