Where Do You Go To Delete Tracking Number And Put In New One?

I accidentally made an error when printing a label and the system already put the tracking number into the items.  I need to print a new label and put in the new tracking number over the old one. Does anyone know where I can go to do this?

Go to ORDERS, SHIPPING LABEL (cancel incorrect label).  You cannot delete incorrect tracking#.   All you can do is add 2nd tracking# (click on existing tracking# and select ADD TRACKING #.    Be sure to advise customer that other tracking# is invalid.

Open the order that you need to change

In the shipping section there will be the Tracking Number - next to it will be "Edit"

don't think you can delete the first tracking.........but you can add it......just go the "paid shipped orders" Page and click on "edit" next to the tracking #........there you can add another......  I always drop a note to the buyer telling that there was a mistake and giving them the new tracking #........

It's possible that it    game  could be a random combination of letters or a term specific to a certain context or community.

I think I just deleted the old tracking number and put in the new one.  All I see is the new one so I assume the old one is completely gone.
