Did you mean:

What to do here

I have a quick question.

How to respond to a beligerent and mean buyer. Have me in tears so mean.

Been a pain before but nothing like this.

Not sure how to proceed. Even sent me several emails today each being this way.

Re: What to do here

Boy are you ever a stalker. Took time off from burn out from eBay. Have a very busy life trying to work as a teacher and a care giver for elderly parents.

Those posts are all quite old, and have had very few issues lately. Only non positive is almost gone since almost a year ago.

Please do not make fun of me, I do not appreciate it. No better then this buyer!

Re: What to do here

I do listen to experts have one for a brother. Changed little and still make money each transaction. Their are many ways to keep costs low. Hence smarter.

I try not to make much gotta keep income not very high have to learn to work smarter not harder.  Been using my business degree finally as I joke.

No one was making fun of you! @gurlcat was pointing out that you HAVE had a number of difficult buyers over the years so (my inference) it's understandable that you'd be sensitive.

However if Gurlcat's post offended you, I'm thinking that you are indeed being overly sensitive. Her post came off as very compassionate and understanding.

Re: What to do here

The buyer is lucky they’re not dealing with me.  Someone who gets contentious with me will bring out my snarky side in about 2 nanoseconds.  It’s gotten me in trouble more than once, but when someone challenges me about something, my brain automatically clicks the box next to “challenge accepted”.

That said, if you do feel that something in this situation truly needs to be brought to eBay’s attention, well:

Here's how to contact eBay customer service:

eBay agents are working from home so you have to request a call back or live chat.

1. CLICK THIS LINK:
https://www.ebay.com/help/eua?id=5275&mkevt=1&mkpid

2. Request a call back

If you are located outside of US or Canada then you will need to use the Chat option or Social Media

3. Or you can also contact customer service by sending a PRIVATE message on social media. Customer service verifies your identity before responding.
