Why are they all 11’s and one a 10? Does it mean that when someone filled out feedback, they said I did not accurately describe the item? Is there a way to find out who?

It just means that one of the buyers who took the time to rate your stars didn't rate the "as decribed" one.

Slip of the mouse perhaps.......
Wasn't impressed with the "as described" part but didn't want to ding you.....
Didn't think the as described part was important.......
I'd go with the slip of the mouse......
Since dsr's started I've rarely had an equal number of rating on all 4, some are because of auto-5 stars (shipping cost, communication) some are because buyers only rate one star and ignore the others and some are probably just an oversight.

No worries, you're good.

One thing I've noticed is that majority of sellers have their Description has the lowest amount.
I just never knew why that was so. I just accepted it as the norm.

Actually the more I think about it, description is the only one that never has any instance of ever being pre-populated with 5 stars. All the other three have a chance. So it would make sense that description would have the least amount. Because even if a buyer left feedback for a purchase that was free shipping, but chose not to click any DSRs, they still left a 5 for s/h charges DSR, right?
