Is there a list somewhere that shows what eBay considers as profanity regarding feedback removal? Or if they bleep out a word here in the forums, does ebay consider it profanity?

Take a bit of 'bit'. Add a dabble of 'ch'. Mix it all together and you get a bleepitybleep.

OK kids, time to get the Dodge loaded up again. I hear 'Poppy's By the Tree' calling. This trip might be a long one too.

Not only that but I’ve had words that are neither vulgar or profane bleeped out yet I’ve seen actual vulgar words not get bleeped out. I have acronyms bleeped out in PMs too. There is no rhyme or reason to it.

Just like ebay's AI search is supposed to know what buyers want before they want it - so the bots are trained to recognize lust in our hearts.

If one would feel a need to respectfully refrain from using a word in the company of Christ or the preacher, a child, your parents/grandparents, the boss - or would not appreciate someone speaking that way to or about your spouse - then it is inappropriate.
Live simply. Care deeply. Love generously. Speak kindly. Laugh loudly. Act responsibly. Rejoice daily. Help cheerfully. Plan carefully. Criticize sparingly. Invest wisely. Forgive willingly. Shop seriously. Play fairly. Learn graciously.

Funny semi-related story. I once was out in a restaurant and while playing with my nephew I called him a weirdo. Another 6 yr old boy overheard and gave me a shocking look as he's totally surprised and said "Hey watch your mouth mister!"
Ha ha ha. I apologized but thought that was hilarious.

Why would anyone hesitate to speak the name of the Japanese manufacturer I mentioned above in that company? Or talk about rabbits or the bottom level of a house?

Omg, I listed a "cute rabbit soup mug" and got a message from eBay that I couldn't use profanity in a title (think it was the title). Reading your post just reminded of that! I was like What? 😂 🐇Poor rabbits!

Was it a cute rabbit child size soup mug? Tulip's comment was caught by the sensors because of the last 3 letters of rabbit and the first 2 letters of charms.

I see what you mean! No wasn't child but maybe I had the artists name or company name after rabbit. It was awile ago - can't remember exactly. But now i see how rabbit can flow into another word! Once I changed the wording, it was acceptable.

Oh I actually never stopped to think that ebay stops you when listing profanity in the listing title too huh. My original question was strictly for feedback removal and what is bleeped here.
Interesting. I understand now when I see listings for things with actual profanity printed on them, that the title doesn't state that actual word but rather uses asterics. I.e. a profanic novelty mug. I wonder if this title filter exists when you list in Adult Only category.
