Thank you brian_burke@ebay  . However, there is another thread by @zamo-zuan on this topic where several sellers in the Motors categories are seeing issues with PL impressions and have concerns.

I feel like the incentive would be greater if eBay didn't give themselves 30 days to charge those fees.
