I'm not noticing any real time views/added watchers. Is there some other kind of criteria not being mentioned or known? I'm pretty good at generating them but is it my own manipulations of my listings that some how satisfy some criteria? Is this all mystery? I also wish if I do send an offer there would be a shorter countdown. I don't want to wait a couple days. I'll wait an hour at most and I was to rescind that offer and be able to edit my listing to generate real offers not fence sitters. I also want the potential buyer worry they are running out of time. Too much unconsciousness over a couple days or whatever. The idea after all is to close the deal. If I send and they don't take my bait, I need to be able to cut bait and move on. I still have no idea why Ebay is allowing me to trigger things relatively easily. I regularly delete and sell similar too(if I have free listings left). I don't care about watchers, they're useless. I want to stay fluid. My efforts are hampered by not being able to alter titles, descriptions, categories etc while waiting forever for spectators to participate. My CTR is awful too so when I finally do get someone to look and offer I usually can seal it. So I'm getting the bump. Should I re-photograph(I didn't place light behind the camera)? Still trying to figure it all out. I've forgotten a lot of my old tricks and I am just starting to remember them and incorporate new ones with a very limited not in demand inventory. I know I'm close now.

An opportunity to send an offer may be triggered by an item being placed on a Watch List for a certain period of time, an item being viewed more than once, or an item being placed in a cart. Such offers will only be available if the user has not opted out of receiving them, and if the user has not already received such an offer before.
Offers typically are good for 48 hours; if that is too long, offers may not be suitable for your application. Not every user is on eBay 24 hours per day; many users may not even see offers within the first hour that they are sent, after all.
You will not be able to edit your listings while offers are open.
Rather than sending offers to select users, you may wish to simply lower your price -- for all users. That will give you more flexibility to raise prices again as you see fit.
