Does anyone know if people who are watching an item get notified if I put that item on a sale event, say 20% off?   I am trying to figure the best route to go, direct offers to watchers or marking down the item.  Thanks for your input.

I got an email just today an item I'm watching got a price reduction.

I get notices from eBay all of the time about a price reduction on an item(s) that I'm watching.

Yes it happens, but I don't know if it's guaranteed that ebay will notify them.

I am a seller and a buyer on ebay, and to answer your question. Yes, they relentlessly send me messages about the things I am watching.
