yes, it true. I've been stating this issue, and all the penny sellers argue about the situation. They have no idea since they can't afford to send out offer.
Sidenote: You can't edit your listing as well.
Complaint: This effect your sales also, they're blocking another watcher from accepting offer. Once that time period is up, it would be too late.
Topic Discussion: Topic has been posted more as of 2023-2024. Too many problems with watcher and non-buyer.
Troll: You can identify them by using a PC not a smart phone to see their asterisk username with their feedback record ( PC has more features than smartphones ability )
Creating Report To eBay: Once you identify the troll with the same user who constantly harassing you. Report them and tell your story that it is affecting your sales performance. They will monitor your account, permanently banned that user and all accounts. I've done it and can prove it.
Result: They're working on issue right now as speak; we should see some changes soon. My account was an example: They saw what happen firsthand and immediately banned that user. I know some what detail about the changes but i will informed it.
Tip: I would not recommend you posting that information. All the penny seller and childish troll on here will make an example out of you. They will damage your account. I would recommend creating 2nd account when posting. You will see who they're from the comments.
