Waiting for what?  Do we not have the money or do we hope we will win the lottery to pay for a $ 10 item?

I pay right away and I know I could make everything immediate payment, I'm just wondering what are they waiting for?

The seller may be waiting for MP to get the payment to his bank. I'm in MP and do not ship until the payment reaches my bank. eBay's "Paid--Ship Now" means nothing.

Are you talking about: you sold something and they have not payed? Or; you have payed and they have not shipped? As I read it, it could ether.
