HELLO 

I SOLD ( 2 ) TOBACOO FLAVORS TO AUSTRALIA LAST MONTH , LAST WEEK THE BUYER OPEND A NOT RECIVED CASE FOR ONE OF THEM , I CHECKED THE TRACKING THAT I HAD GIVEN AND FOUND THE ITEM STILL IN AUSTRALIAN CUSTOMS , AND THE BUYER SHOULD PAY CUSTOMS TO RELEASE THE ITEM , PLEASE NOTE THAT I REPORTED IN THE ITEM DESCRIPTION THAT CUSTOMS OF OTHER FEES ARE BUYER RESPONSIBILITY , IMMEDIATELY I CONTACTEDTHE BUYER AND EXPLAINED TO HIM THE PROBLEM AND HE MUST PAY CUSTOMS , THE BUYER DIDNT SAY ANYTHING SINCE THAT TIME , EBAY CLOSED THE CASE WITHOUT ANY REFUND .
YESTERDAY I RECEIVED NEGATIVE FEEDBACK ON THE SECOND ITEM ( THE ONE THAT HE RECEIVED ) WITH COMMENT ( NOT RECEIVED ITEM)  .
I REPORTED THE BUYER TO REMOVE THE FEEDBACK BUT NOTHING HAPPENED
IS THERE ANY WAY TO REMOVE THAT INCORRECT FEEDBACK
