It seems like eBay does not have the capacity to handle the millions of listing. It is totally dead. No views. It seems like everybody is blocked. No sales. No views at all. I can't believe that all the sellers in the world decide not to check items on eBay. Very frustating. I am running 1925 active listings and not even ONE VIEW.
It is crazy the way they control the website. At least they suppose to rotate showing our products, but they close the window of oppportunity for seller. I can't understand that, because if we don't sale, they don't even make money. I'd like to hear an explanation from somebody inside.

I'm seeing the same thing on my page, but TBH I'm not concerned about it. The page is assembled for viewing using software calls for data from various places, including the stored view counters, but it doesn't wait around if the answers don't come in right away; it just goes with whatever data it has.
Keep in mind also that the view count is a total, not an active thing. Even if your listing supposedly shows 0 views instead of, say, 57 views or whatever the true number is, those 57 views still happened, and the number is probably going to correct itself as soon as whatever server was responsible for delivering the numbers comes back on-line.

Was just coming to post the same thing.
EBAY~ FIX THE THINGS THAT ARE BROKEN AND STOP WITH CREATING MORE HEADACHES!!
And even though this is temporary, their "view" counter worked a lot better before they changed how they manage it.
I like a running total on "Views" because it tells me when I need to change things up on a listing, start over, or drop the bottom price on it.

This is a common glitch that usually corrects by the end of the day.

Just click on any 0 and you will see # of views.

I "have zero views" also, but made a sale about an hour ago, so at least the most important function is still working.

This is a known glitch. Contact customer support either by a live agent on chat or by calling. Ask to have your member ID added to ALERT14269. When I did this on chat, I had to provide the agent with my account name, phone number, and ZIP code, and she added both my stores which show zero views. Today I did have a sale of 4 items, 2 listed last night, so buyers are able to view my listings even though their views aren't showing up in the view count.

Yet ebay sends me this text about 1/2 hr ago.... to Increase My Views.........
FTLOG!

...and just to be complete: my view totals have now reappeared on my Selling page, as I expected. No worries.

Same. Watchers sales, sold and questions asked, on listings with zero views. Very few items with more than one view.
