View order details-- printing problem

When I click on "View order details" then click on "Printer friendly page" I hit print and all the information goes down the side of the page the long way instead of from the top of the page to the bottom.

Hmmm... I just checked one of mine and I don't have an option of "Printer friendly page". Puzzling...

Printed 4 tonight with the packing slip and all were fine?

Apparently at least one user was able to change the page orientation by changing both the browser print setting and the system dialog print setting.

I just checked and as you I do not see this option "print friendly version"  

Maybe a Mac/iOS browser option? Only have my PC with me and not my Mac so cannot check

I spoke with Ebay customer service yesterday to report the same issue. The printer friendly page is defaulting to a "Landscape" view rather than the usual "Portrait" view. They have had other inquiries into this issue.

Same for me and others I know that sell on eBay.   Guess we all need to report the issue.  Mine is not only landscape, but it is blurry.   Tried everything, but nothing will correct it.
