If you do possess IP rights by having registered a trademark or copyright, reapply to the VeRO program and supply your valid credentials. You should be aware that you do not have to be a member of eBay's VeRO program, or listed on eBay's VeRO member page, to enforce any IP rights that you may possess.
For too long, eBay's VeRO member page was littered with names of companies that had no legitimate IP rights. I was so happy to see that, after having repeatedly mentioned this on the boards, eBay cleaned up the VeRO program and limited member participation to what VeRO is supposed to be -- a listing of professional companies that have gone through the registration processes, paid the money, and who do hold legitimate intellectual property rights that eBay will - and must - enforce under the DMCA.
