I had a listing taken down because of this. I looked up every word in my title and can't find them on the VERO list ? I have only my own photos. It's not a new listing why would this be happening ?

A Vero member doesn't have to be listed in order to be a member.
Apparently the Vero member doesn't want you listing the item.

As noted in the other post the VeRO list is not comprehensive; some companies just don't set up their profiles.
Basically VeRO's role is to protect against misuse of trademarks and copyrights, so the objectionable term in your listing is probably some brand name. Some sellers are surprised to find that some terms that seem to be in common usage are actually brand names which are vigorously defended, including Velcro and "Onesie" (which belongs to Gerber).
Also, the term that eBay objected to might be in the listing's Description or Item Specifics rather than in the title.

The only thing being a Vero "member" does is provide a method to issue infringement notifications in bulk. ANY owner of copyrights can file a NOCI (Notice of Copyright Infringement) with eBay regardless of being a Vero member or not.
If you posted the Title you used I could probably tell you why you had the takedown, also helpful would be the name of the copyright owner that the claim was filed by.

Thank you everyone. I guess I can only do my best and let the companies do what they will. 😕

"Starbucks Succulents Gray XL Tshirt Coffee Lover Unisex" It was a t-shirt, given to employees and there are several more listed.

OK I think I see the problem, it's not that you have done anything "illegal" but rather just Starbucks flexing their muscles. In their mind promo stuff given to employees doesn't belong to the recipient and they have no right to resell (or even give away).
While the first sale doctrine probably applies abuse of the DMCA (Digital Millennium Copyright Act) is rampant. While you could possibly fight this the effort and risk is likely greater than the reward.
Starbucks isn't the only company that does this type of takedown.
As far a "several more listed", your listing was one of the "several more" up until it was pulled.

Vero is abused.
I've talked to a company (it's beauty/styling hair tools)
Very protective over their brand and they admitted to me that anyone who isnt an authorized seller that's selling their products they mark as counterfeit.
Which could be a legal battle i could challenge for false reporting.
Ebay doesn't know what's true so they just listen and do take downs. Ebay also reserves the right to take down anythjng for any reason.
I've learned overtime just comply and take down and don't argue it. That seems to satisfy eBay.
So all my policy violations just move over to my secondary marketplace and sell over there. I get paid, and life moves on.
