Variation to an existing listing

Hello Guys, 

Does anyone know how to add variations to an existing listing? Or can I just set variation to new listings? 
I have listings that I would have variations but they are already listed and I don’t want to lose the reviews and watchers.

Sorry, but you can not add variations to an existing listing, you must create a new one and the category must support the variation option.

If it's a buy it now listing, you can revise your listing and go from there.  However if you are selling auction style you cannot, especially if you have bids on the item.  You would have to end the listing or create another one with variations.

But if even in the edit listing page I don’t see the option to add a variation?

You can not add a variation to a listing, if it doesn't already have a variation to start with.

@alpe-9099, as @rfmtm said, you can't revise a listing to add variations, if it doesn't have them already. It's not one of things you are permitted to change.

I hope eBay adds this option soon cause starting a new listing just to add a variation takes up too much time, and as alpe-9099 said, we lose watchers.
