It very well could be an ebay glitch. Whenever something like this happens, The 1st thing I try is a different browser to see if the problem still exists. I also clean cache and cookies and make sure my flash player,java, etc. is up to date. Occasionaly a page won`t load due to a pop up blocker. I also try a simple re-boot of my pc. If none of these things work, it`s probably an ebay glitch and the technical forum may be a better place to post your problem.
