Thank you I was searching for it as well and I hate to say it but it seems like the developers/programmers whatever their titles are that design and update this site and app need to involve more average users in their work process. More testing, more surveys before calling it all good because I know they are mega smart and could tailor it for the majority of users in SO MANY AREAS especially for sellersI feel. But their just so smart they know what priority #1 is and thats for eBay profits to keep flowing efficiently and thats the quota. Just keep working on getting people to buy but meanwhile sellers like me are dealing with issues like this where personally I used the app on my phone to do 90% of what I need to do but I’m starting to take this thing a lot more serious so I’m wanting to make variation listings so I’m looking on my phone trying to figure out how to create this listing on the app but the memories of frustration guide me over to the website where I got to get on my browser because I’m probably not gonna be able to do something so extraordinary as create a listing with variations on an app that’s just silly of me to think I could do that. Because I read the help article on my app that said I needed to go to “advanced seller help” of course I was looking for something that was labeled advance seller help so I go to they drop down with a whole four things to choose from pick cell so it takes me to cellular hub where I search and search “advanced seller help”I thought it could leave me there no it f ckin sends me to buy **bleep** from advance auto parts and always trying to have me buy things that I search because I’m trying to do research to sell things and constantly sending me offers for **bleep** that I’m selling. Its so out of hand I mean it’s telling me all the time that I have offers to send the interested buyers but I think it’s probably just people like me that are doing research and you’re telling me that they’re interested because I’m paying a premium rate for my promoted listings.
that’s just one daily frustration back to the subject so it sends me to look at things to buy from advance auto parts, so I’m not gonna get where I need to get searching it. I search that phrase again and it sends me back to the hill particles I have to come here to get answers because there’s no forethought of people not knowing how to navigate your complex site so I come here to ask the community and you say that “it’s simple. We just need to go click on our listings” you’re know what I agree that is simple and be really simple if that was the directions they gave instead of something called, advanced seller help some mythical wormhole that we just can’t find im sure you guys can relate just imagine us average newer user’s looking for the g spot down yonder bout 3 clicks past the klitoris . This is 2024 I don’t know what kind of hotshot young sellers you have making you a ton of money but my guess is the average seller is probably a little bit older doesn’t want to have to get on a desktop or a laptop or any of that crap everything we need to sell and make listings and all that should be available on the app no listings no money for eBay. Yeah that’s a fundamental mandatory peace to your existence as a company if we could do it from our app and there be 1 million people getting more listings created more efficiently and you’d make a lot more money , but it takes extra work right now. The millions of sellers are footing the extra work and not real happy and that’s also a problem because happy workers/sellers/future slaves are efficient slaves and yeah, I say slaves because everything that is put as an option or anything we could possibly choose or do on your website or app is always always always to increase Ebay’s profit one way or another indirectly or directly. It’s never really about our lives becoming more peaceful. You take money we earn and clear available for payouts and pocket it for your fees on later sales. I had available money but I didn’t cash it out same day so when my next sale was confirmed you paid yourself immediately and then Im waiting 2-3 days. When I request the payout I cant just type in the amount!! ohh no thats too simple minded!! How could I forget that I need to remove all of the zeros before entering my payout amount request. Its constantly Fckin **bleep** like that I fkin promise you Im not alone in this frustration
