Q: I know I'll be getting a 1099-K from eBay but will I also be getting a 1099-K from PayPal?

Not unless you have payments to you to an account in Paypal. The fact that you are shipping from paypal would not trigger a 1099...

If you received payments through any payment processor that exceeded either the federal threshold ($20K plus 200 transactions) or the threshold for your state if it is lower, then that payment processor will send you a 1099-K for the income that they processed for you. Each payment processor calculates your payments separately.
If you have multiple accounts with eBay that use the same SSN or TIN, then eBay MP will combine the sales and transactions for all the accounts to calculate the total to see if it exceeded the threshold. If your total income from all eBay accounts was over the threshold, then each account will receive a separate 1099-K, even accounts that were below the threshold individually.

OK makes sense.
When you get a 1099-K from eBay on the form there will be a gross dollar amount.
Q: Will I have to make a check mark in any of the boxes on that form?

The form is for information only, a copy is sent to the IRS. You do nothing with the form except report the earnings (and deduct the expenses) on your income tax form......... you don't have to mail it in......

A 1099k is generated by e-Bay to the IRS with copy to you.
Your account is from 2002.......perhaps consult a CPA about your particular issues and how best to proceed.

The law requires any payment processor to file a 1099-K to anyone who meets the payment processing threshold.
eBay Managed Payments is a payment processor, so if you received enough payments through Managed Payments you will get a 1099-K from Managed Payments.
PayPal is also a payment processor, so if you received enough payments through PayPal you will get a 1099-K from PayPal.
The subject line of your post says "using PayPal for shipping". The 1099PayPal -K is about money you received through PayPal, not about money you spent through PayPal. So buying shipping through PayPal is not an activity that is reported on a 1099-K.
