Your Account Summary > Promotional Savings page should show you every free insertion and the date it was inserted.
Unfortunately it does not count them for you. But you could paste the data into a spreadsheet or editor that will give you the line count.

I looked at your listings and sorted by Recently Listed. At 50 items per page x 6 pages plus 18 items on the 7th page that shows you listed 318 items in November.
Filtered by fixed price there are 50 items per page x 5 pages minus 3 items that shows you listed 247 fixed price in November.

Your using Sellers Hub and click the Blue used to display the item numbers
count up your item numbers or do as coffeebean shows look at your seller ID not logged in & click newly listed it show dates you listed items, Count them there
Lucky's format for Account Promo's will show Oct's item numbers & titles but not the new Nov listings used
That won't be available until Nov's invoice

My method does not factor in any listings you created this month then ended for whatever reason. Keep that in mind.
