Ebay switches my settings. In november my settings were switched from no returns to accept returns seller pays return shipping. Had to go through all my listings one by one to fix.
In december it happens again without my permission. Then again in janurary.
I have rejected returns due to buyer remorse and still had to pay it is effecting my seller rating where i pay higjer fees
I have started to keep track of when my listings are changed and will be contacting a lawyer if it continues.

Sellers have to accept returns. It's ebays money back guarantee.

Are you create listing using an APP? I would check defaults on APP (free return shipping is probably turned on).

eBay has something called Business Policies, where you can configure different templates and apply them to listings. You can create policies for payments, shipping, and returns.
In the case of returns, I have a policy called "Default Return Policy" that I have applied to every single one of my listings.
That way, I can modify the business policy one and automatically update all of my listings.
