Unresponsive buyer

Evri failed to deliver an item to a buyer so a refund was provided, however 6 weeks later Evri now state that the package was delivered to a safe place and a photo has been uploaded. Prior to refund I had plenty of communication with buyer, however now 5 ebay contacts have gone unanswered. What can I do?

You are in the UK.......posting on the .dot com board where primarily US sellers reside...... and rules may be different in the UK........so suggest you post on the UK board........easy to google it....
