Unanswered Question Notice

There is this Big Red unanswered question notice on one of my listings. I have answered it and all questions. Why is it still on my listing?

Sometimes it takes a while to go away.  Ebay glitch?  Just keep clicking on "marked as answered" and it will eventually go away.

I have one  also that won't go away.   I answered the question three weeks ago - the reply is in my messages sent box.   So how much time foes eBay need??

Did you use the actual app or even just online with your phone?

Sometimes when I use my phone they don’t go away.

On the selling overview using a desktop browser:

If you cannot see the dropdown menu at the end of the "Respond to question" link, try changing the width of that entire column by grabbing and dragging the divider at the top between the "Action" and "Photo" headings. One of the choices in that dropdown menu should be "mark as answered".

It says that I have replied to all the questions.So maybe the party who asked the question needs to mark it as answered. Maybe?

You can make it go away thru seller hub, unanswered questions, mark as answered

I've had the same issue a few times. What happens, as an example, a potential buyer asks a question, you answer question, the buyer replies with a 'thank you'. You don't have a need to reply back but the system thinks you have an unanswered question. The "Question Answered' option has never worked for me. It goes away after the listing ends, but with GTC, that could be months.

I even contacted the ebayer who asked the question. He can't get rid of it either!

Both parties have tried to get rid of the unanswered question with out success.

On your seller hub page, left side, 2nd box down named 'Listings' you will see 'Active Listings' 'with questions'.

If there is an open question, you can click on it and then click on question already answered.

Figured out how to get to sellers hub. Had no success changing the unanswered question notice. Everything points to having answered all the question. So I deleted the questions. No questions no notices. Wrong . Thank you for your impute .
