For the past 10 days or so I have been unable to relist an item. When I click on Relist, I get an error page that says the Server is Down. Anyone else have this problem? If not, does anyone have an idea why this is happening? tia
This has happened to me on and off on my PC. I can't list at all on IE because it locks up so have to use Mozilla - but even today it took me an hour to list 3 things because the item specifics wouldn't take, then while saving a UPC - it deleted my description, while saving my promoted rate I got a blank screen but found 3 copies of the listing in my drafts. It's nutty today and has been a no go for at least 3 weeks for me on IE.
Thanks, I'm on a PC using Chrome. I tried it on another PC in my house and got the same results. But I will try shutting down and re-starting that may help. I just noticed that when I go to the email message from ebay saying your item is ready to be relisted, and I try to relist from that email, it just takes me to the screen where you can create a new listing from scratch.
