Unable to Send Second Chance Offer

I sold a map today via auction and have a second copy. I wanted to send a second chance offer to the underbidder, but the option isn't there on the drop-down  menu for the listing (see below). I can't find any information saying second chance offers are no longer a thing. Can anyone shed light on this?

As far as I know and Second Chance Offer only applies to the Original item.

This is a 2nd item not the Original -

Relist the 2nd item as BIN for the price the 1st sold for.

No, ebay specifically says you can use it for another of the same item.  I've done it many times before (but not for a while).  This is from their own page on Second Chance Offers:

I think you access that feature from the item page. Go to the item page, then click on the bids link.

Thank you! That works. It used to appear on the drop down, I swear (and ebay's help page says it's there, but it isn't). But it IS on the bids link. Much appreciated!
