USPS Postage Adjustment Errors

Got a label adjustment today from a shipment made on 3/24. The eBay email had “test” in the tracking field. Not sure if this was a USPS problem or eBay issue of misapplying adjustments from USPS. Submitted my dispute with USPS, but it may be an eBay issue. Be on the lookout. First time I’d gotten an acceptance receipt in forever, the clerk insisted, so I had actual proof of weight.

we have had a few of these and they all say test, usually a refund for the package weighing a couple oumces less than the postage
