Any one else having problems updating their account information? I have uploaded my tax returns 4 times and they're still putting up that annoying red banner.
I am not sure I understand your question. Why are you trying to upload your tax returns to eBay? What are you trying to change? Can you provide a screen shot of the "annoying red banner"?
