Typo in feedback

Hi All,

I recently left positive feedback for several sellers with a typo in my text, instead of 'easy transaction' my post read 'east transaction' not a huge deal i know, but I'd like to correct it, of course I was leaving feedback for several buyers at the time, and I cut and pasted it 5 times.

Contacted Ebay and they directed me to Feedback Revision, but it turns out that is only for sellers requesting revisions from buyers, so my feedback does not apply.

It's not a significant enought problem to spend a ton of time on, but if there is a reasonable solution, I'd like to correct it.

Does anyone know of a solution to this?

If it bothers you enough, you could leave an "oops" follow up comment correcting the spelling.

Ebay rep --- feedback revision --- too funny and sad at the same time.

If you have left a 5 star possitive feedback  to those sellers i don't think they will care much about "east" instead of "easy" typo. Actually is kind of common buyers to make typos on feedback so there is no reason to feel bad about it. :-).

Most of us have done stuff like this. Once I was typing fast shipping, got the f in & hit submit so my FB said F. Once I was being funny I thought & left FB about something about how the item worked great once I figured out it needed batteries with a smiley face & everything. I left it in the wrong item. I felt dumb both times. Now I slow down & I don’t try to be funny anymore.

I agree, leave a followup feedback that begins with "Oops ..."

It wasn't that big of a boo boo ,, I think any one who reads it will know what you meant . If they don't ,, then they've got bigger problems than you do anyway . At least you didn't type '' Thanks Turdy '' instead of ''Thanks Trudy '' like I seen one time . I still laugh at that typo . lol  Tulips

Don't sweat it. Soon enough, your comment will be buried under a mountain of newer comments, and a few of those will most likely contain typos.

Always move forward. Don't stress out over any non-fatal mistakes of the past. Just learn from them.
