Nope. Only "choosing" that's possible is from either a quantity desired or drop-down list of variations.
So, either you'll have to create all 100 variations inside of one listing which not only would be a pain in the bu&& but also probably very confusing for buyers. Who wants to wade through a list that long?
If it were me, I probably would create one listing for each phone model. Then, within the listing create/add the color variations that are available for that model.
Yes, that means you will have to create a separate listing for each phone model and then create/add the appropriate color variations within each listing, but at least that way, you can get something up on eBay for sale while you're working on your other listings.
