You're a dropshipper selling the same stuff that a 100 other dropshippers are selling and your estimated delivery times are anywhere from three weeks to almost three months. Sell more interesting products and cut your delivery times and your traffic may increase.

Perhaps trying the options to promote a listing would help bring some traffic back. You'll have to use your judgement though as to whether it's worth the costs associated with listing promotions.
