Why are total funds decreasing daily instead of increasing when I’m selling daily and it never declined before

Because you're selling daily you're also buying shipping labels to ship those items, the costs for labels purchased on eBay are coming from pending or available funds. Thus reducing the amount of your payout.

If you're promoting your listings the fees for that also come out of pending or available funds.

Yes, as @ebooksdiva described.

You sell low $$ items, once you pay for shipping and for the Ebay selling fees and promotion fees if you do that.  On your low value listings that doesn't leave much for you.

Are you buying your labels from eBay or are you using a 3rd part software for shipping. If its through eBay, the money for the postage will come from your balance. Then figure, are you promoting your listings, because then fees get taken out for that too.

If I sell a few items yesterday, then package/ship those items today?
AND, have not sold anything today.
My today funds look bad negative
