you must like the payoneer account and read selling policies , buy some products and make feedback, join with the community and read old posts,  search products and much more

Have you been successful in signing up for Managed Payments and Payoneer?  I am not seeing any listings tied to this ID, so perhaps you are just getting started?

Please research thoroughly the ability to sell/participate in e-commerce if you are a resident of Sri Lanka.  There appear to be both local and Govt constraints that may impede your ability to sell legally.

At the top of the page where you search content, type in Payoneer and click on that little thingy that looks like a magnifying glass.
