To move forward in cellar school

I have now completed 60 steps of Cellar School. Do I have to pay to continue the last few steps of the course

You should contact ebay and your government to see what you need to do next to open your site. Also,  cellars are in basements of houses. It's "seller" school.  Good luck.

Now you have to complete 60 steps in English school.

All of "Seller School" is free per e-Bay.

Why do you think there are costs involved??

WOW, that is borderline criminal, especially to new sellers from off shore who really think this school will help them build a business, and most are so green they have no clue. Actually makes me cringe to be associated with eBay at all.

I really did not think eBay could stoop much lower, huh, who knew?
